The Governor Hašek thanks Y Soft

Václav Muchna, CEO and the founder of Y Soft, commented “Donating SafeQ is our way to say thank you for the help and support that Y Soft received from its very beginnings. We started out in the Brno Technology Incubator, which is supported by the Regional Authority. This type of Incubator does not support generating new business ideas, it is however able to make life easier for entrepreneurs who have an idea and who aim to make a success of it.

Since 2003, the South Moravia Region has supported 265 emerging entrepreneur applicants. One of them was Václav Muchna who was awarded the Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2006. In 2011, Václav Muchna was also awarded the Technology Entrepreneur of the Year and South Moravia Entrepreneur of the Year awards.

The Governor of the South Moravian Region JUDr. Michal Hašek: “Our region wants to continue in assisting emerging entrepreneurs. I’d be happy if Václav Muchna’s life and business success story helped and inspired other entrepreneurs not only in the South Moravia region.” He expressed his thanks to the Y Soft Corporation and emphasised that the implementation of SafeQ for the Regional Authority is another step closer towards achieving greater efficiency and economy. Typically, a company or institution can expect to achieve savings of print costs in the region of 20% soon after the implementation of SafeQ.

The Regional Authority of the South Moravia Region has to wait for the actual numbers after the system is in operation for several months.

What can YSoft SafeQ do? It prevents unnecessary printing. It guards and monitors optimum printing; it does not allow the print of materials wrongly set for printing. It is able to distinguish who is entitled to print, in what quality and quantity. It can calculate the printing expenses for the individual departments. To cut a long story short – it saves money, environment and time.
