YSoft SafeQ monitors and bills all operations related to printing, copying and scanning. YSoft SafeQ stores additional information on executed jobs such as job name, preview of first page, print date and page count. YSoft SafeQ can monitor all types of devices from all manufacturers.

Reporting

Choosing from a wide selection of reports in different formats, the administrators or authorized persons can analyze costs per users, departments or projects. YSoft SafeQ central reporting enables collecting information not only from the head office, but all remote subsidiaries. The following types of reports are available:

• Standard and pre-set reports – pre-defined reports providing detailed information on the processes running on all devices and the use of printers by different users.

• Customized reports – reports adapted to specific needs of users In a user-friendly interface parameters can be set matching the user’s own preferences.

• Green reports – users will see how much has been saved thanks to their responsible behavior; monitored indicators include water, timber and CO2 emissions.

Multilevel project accounting

This benefit enables law firms, project design studios and other businesses to monitor the printing and copying costs for current projects, so that they can bill them to their clients. The YSoft SafeQ printing solution enables creating individual project or sub-project structures, e.g. to match a time schedule or case. With each operation, the user will enter a particular project or sub-project under which the operation shall be billed.
