Private Cloud

• central management of the entire print environment across multiple locations
• all settings from a single web interface

Mobile printing

• users can to send print jobs from home, office, or even public transport.
• this feature gives users the freedom to print without the need for a print driver, computer, or connection to a local network
• users can send documents, presentations, or any other type of print job directly from their smartphones or iPads

Rule-based printing

• managing prints by implementing a set of rules that minimize print costs according to your company need
• rules can change document print jobs from color simplex to black-and-white duplex
• each rule can apply to a defi ned group of users or roles, so you can create different sets of rules

Billing codes

• enable law offices or project-based companies to track printing costs by case or project
• each time users make prints or copies, they select a billing code and YSoft SafeQ then accounts the prints or copies based on the selected code
• with reporting by billing code, you can easily track and subsequently bill back costs to customers or projects

User interface

• each user can create their own personalized dashboard based on their preferences
• a single web page includes all the user’s jobs, current environmental savings, and the option to upload a document for printing
• terminals include new features such as job preview and billing code selection
