
Description of the system for registration of errors and requirements within technical support provided by Y Soft, Ltd.
Helpdesk system serves for the registration of all requirements for solutions within technical and technological support. Each requirement for technical support of software department has to be sent to helpdesk system.
All requirements for support have to be sent to helpdesk system, not to email address of respective developer. The developers, who are responsible for the support, are obliged to process the requirements from helpdesk system.
Also the requirements for further extension of functions are registered in helpdesk system, especially by our partners. If some requirement is resolved in helpdesk system, this information, including respective solution, is registered in this system.
Problems and requirements in helpdesk are processed in such language, in which the original requirement is registered. (English or Czech)
