The new production line became operational in September 2006 and started a new era of Y Soft, Ltd. Expansion. The ever-growing demands for quality and stability of terminal supply for the unique SafeQ printing solution led our company to build a production line to meet the demands. A number of subjects have helped financing the project, the costs almost hit the 1 million EUR mark.
The production line capacity is up to 11,000 terminals a month ensuring high quality of the products. The entire production line can be attended by a single operator. However to ensure the highest quality possible, operators are specialized for a part of the production process but have a vast knowledge of the other parts of the production process too so that substitutability is guaranteed.
The main goal is to be highly flexible and react immediately to customer requests and ensure reliability of the products by having the entire production process under control. We also wanted to enhance the safety of our know-how by not having to hand over the specifications to external suppliers.
We are currently being addressed to by other companies that are interested in cooperation in the area of development, production, fixation and installation of new products of high technological levels.
