Verifying who you are
Authentication is about securing access to corporate assets, namely your multifunction, networked printers or 3D printers from Y Soft. Whether you require users to verify their identity using ID cards and card reader devices, username/password, PIN or a combination, ensuring user identity prevents unauthorized access to print, copy or scan services.
Authentication, if using our
automated scan workflows, will also present users with the scan workflows they are authorized to use.
Print from any print device
Print Roaming, is also known as pull printing. This allows users to print from any 2D or Y Soft 3D printer in the YSoft SAFEQ environment. What it means for organizations is that sensitive documents are not left in the print tray, 2D prints that are no longer needed are never printed saving organizations significant costs, and for 3D prints, the models are safe until collected by the owner because the door remains locked.
