Evaluating Print Management Solutions

There are a lot of considerations customers must ask themselves when considering a print management solution as part of a Managed Print Services (MPS) contract or even as a standalone solution. 
In a blog post today, Xerox outlines many of these considerations. It was an evaluation they went through themselves when choosing a print management provider for their Xerox® Secure Print Management Suite. We are proud that they chose to expand their partnership with Y Soft as their print management partner for the Xerox Secure Print Management Suite.

Y Soft products are offered through Y Soft certified partners. These include major multifunction device (MFD) manufacturers, distributors and value-added resellers. YSoft SAFEQ is embedded in the MFD user input panel. Certified partners include Fuji-Xerox, Konica Minolta, Ricoh, Sharp, Samsung and Xerox.
