The Y Soft Way: Customer Focused Contracts

Putting our customers first is a central focus of everything we do at Y Soft. Our Customer First Approach is most visible in sales and support, and so this series of articles looks at some of the topics in this area – today we look at our customer focused contracts.
 
Our mission centers around our customers and making their businesses run smarter. Through our Y Soft Workflow Solutions Platform, we can offer the right solution for each customer. However, no organization is the same, so we don’t make customers sign up to a one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to contracts. Our contracts, like our products, are all designed with flexibility at the core.

Your contract, your way

Our customer focused contracts are flexible and designed to ensure that you only pay for what you really need. We also build contracts that do not lock you in, meaning you can modify (add or remove devices) or cancel at any time. 

YSoft SAFEQ is a module-based platform, ensuring that both budget and requirement expectations are achieved. This flexible and tailored approach means that you only pay for what you use, adding in additional modules (features) as required. You also have flexibility on how you want to be billed:  a traditional license or a subscription, pay-as-you-go model.
 
You chose the features you need and the billing method, and we build the contract that is right for you.

Predictable payments

If you choose the subscription model, you’ll have predicable OPEX costs which assists your friends in finance with cash flow management. You can easily forecast the cost of adding additional devices to your subscription and you only pay for the Y Soft solution on those devices within the billing period in which they are added. Our software as a service (SaaS) model applies to either the purchase of modules or suites with monthly and quarterly plans available. Spreading out the payment of subscription fees across the entire term of the software agreement removes the need for large upfront costs.
 
Professional services, including ongoing support, software updates and a choice of service level agreements (SLAs) ranging from Silver to Platinum, are part of the subscription service offering. The YSoft SAFEQ subscription has also been designed to seamlessly align with an MPS business model at no additional cost to our partners or customers.

Changes happen. We get it. That is why our subscription model does not lock you in. You have complete peace of mind that should the need arise, you can adjust the number of devices to reflect your business’ changes.

An end-to-end focus on customers

Once you have decided the best suite or modules and billing method for your organization, our customer first approach in sales and support turns toward deployment. This is discussed in more detail in the next article in this series.
