A global umbrella contract between Y Soft and Konica Minolta was ceremoniously signed in November.

Global company Y Soft, who prides itself on possessing a business and technical background in real proximity to its partners and customers around the world, has successfully completed the acquisition of an Australian distributor of competitive solutions, Equitrac Systems of Australia. Completion of the successful acquisition took several months full of legislative, informative and factual negotiations leading to a mutual satisfaction of the partners. The new company will be called Y Soft Australia and its registered office is located in Sydney.

For Y Soft, May was a month of presentations – Y Soft attended conferences in the Czech Republic and abroad.

Y Soft has long supported the community service provided by Brno Diocesan Charity (Diecézní Charita Brno). Y Soft and its employees donate funds, practical items and gifts in kind.

Y Soft togehter with this non-governmental group AmCham (The American Chamber of Commerce in the Czech Republic) decided to organize a dicussion about alternative sources of financing for start-ups and SMEs. This topic is relevant to Y Soft, because Y Soft started as a start-up project and has grown to corporation, and is one of the leaders in printing solutions field with branches all over the world.
