The Regional Sales Manager executes on the objectives of Y Soft within the UK market according to the company's strategic goals. The role is the main point of contact for local partners and customers building strong relationships with a heavy focus on pre-sale, sale and post-sale support.

Responsibilities & tasks

  • Introduces Y Soft products and services to partners and customers
  • Identifies and supports new sales channels and/or partners
  • Supports existing and new partners in pre-sale, sale and post-sale      
  • Delivers the agreed upon sales targets            
  • Provides sales training on the YSoft SafeQ workflow platform including both software and hardware and recommends the optimal sales approaches to customers
  • Creates and adapts sales and marketing materials in collaboration with the marketing team and actively supports various marketing activities such as road-shows, customer events
  • Acts as the contact person  for partner technical questions, provides general reporting and communication

Role requirements

  • Business and sales oriented individual with an IT background
  • Experience in the MFP, MPS or print management solution sector is required
  • Technical knowledge and understanding of the product
  • Fluency in English
  • Minimum of 5 years sales experience  
  • Willingness to travel within the region; ability to drive to business meetings
  • Confidence in presenting and communicating with partners and customers
  • High level analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong relationship building capabilities
