We’ve been working behind the scenes to launch a brand new SAFEQ Cloud Status Page, which is now live. In this knowledge article, you'll learn more about how you can take advantage of the new status page features.
SAFEQ Status Page: What's New
Previously, you, as a subscriber, would be notified of any notifications we sent out from the status page, whether we communicated a maintenance window or an incident. The new status page improves this experience for you in several ways.
On our old status page, we didn’t have the ability to enable subscription filtering. You can now filter your preferences and be updated on incidents and maintenance communication for specific data centers.
We've also enabled more granularity in what information you can receive. Each of our data centers now has components for printing, scanning, and cloud-embedded terminals.
Renew Your Subscription
We've sent out communication via the new Status Page to inform you of these changes and how you can renew your status page subscription to only get the information you want.
So, if you only care about our US or SE data centers, you can now choose these when subscribing to the page. Just follow this demonstration below:
What If I Don’t Change Anything
Then nothing changes for you. You will continue to receive all communications from our status page across all data centers.
