Issue:

Some customers may experience an "Error" message when setting up authentication with SafeCom (see screenshot below):

Authentication test using test user account failed. Error details:

Resolution:

The Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package (x86) must be installed on the EveryonePrint server. This package installs Visual C++ Libraries required to run applications developed with Visual C++ SP1.
