With its YSoft SAFEQ 4 product, Y Soft has entered a new continent. In March 2012, Y Soft Head of Sales (Lukáš Maňásek) visited, along with the technical support representative for the Australian region (Leanne Li Cuihe), all Australia-based direct representations of Konica Minolta.
During their two-week visit to Australia, the Y Soft representatives toured subsidiaries in Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Canberra, Melbourne and Adelaide where they exchanged their knowledge in the field of cutting-edge technologies.
In each of these cities, the product YSoft SAFEQ 4 was presented and demonstrated. The two-member team together with a member of the KM solution team Michael Anastassiou (digital analyst) introduced technological innovations and the key functions of the product with practical examples and explained the benefits of the solution from the customer’s point of view. On behalf of KM, the meetings were attended by over 80 people.
Part of the discussion was also cooperation on specific global orders for important multinational clients. One example to be mentioned is Siemens where also initial talks were opened.
Collaboration with Konica Minolta on the Australian continent is very promising. Y Soft highly appreciates the meeting with the entire solution team supervised by Keith Nakagama (National Technical Solution Manager).
