Y Soft in a new home

Former Communications Director
The growing czech IT company Y Soft opened the new office space on Wednesday, September 5th to public. This new building is home to the company’s headquarters, over one hundred employees and another fifty in the near future.

The new space reflects the vision of Y Soft. The unique approach is visible not just indoors but outside also. The new home of Y Soft is a reconstructed production factory, that is part of the Technology Park in Brno. This project was completed in a record breaking time of only 2 months. The Projektil Architects was the winning team that brought this project to success. The building is characteristic by its large outdoor atriums with live trees, airy meeting rooms, spacious relaxation area and daylight throughout the building and all offices.

The main goal was to create a environment in which the employees feel comfortable that helps with better concentration and creativity.

The building facade became a Y Soft Wall Gallery, allowing the young local artists to present their work in this non-conventional way. “Y Soft was born as a ambitious project of young IT students, with visions and goals that seemed to be unrealistic to some. We were able to fulfill our dreams, so we wanted to give the opportunity to the young artists to be part of our ambitious project,” as explained by the CEO and owner Vaclav Muchna. The oversized graffiti art gained interest between the professionals and the general public.

Recording from the production

This week we hosted official opening event for our partners, media, architects and artists, that were part of the project. The ribbon cutting was followed by presentation by Vaclav Muchna who talked about the strategies, visions and financial outcomes.
