Y Soft togehter with this non-governmental group
AmCham (The American Chamber of Commerce in the Czech Republic) decided to organize a dicussion about alternative sources of financing for start-ups and SMEs. This topic is relevant to Y Soft, because Y Soft started as a start-up project and has grown to corporation, and is one of the leaders in printing solutions field with branches all over the world.
Discussion on alternative sources of financing will include both theory and practical/motivational stories for young companies. Four speakers will join the event with following topics:
- Investment incentives, Ondřej Beránek (eNovation)
- Sources of finance including the use of so-called Quasi Equity, Libor Vacek (Balcar Polanský Eversheds)
- Pre-financing projects, Jakub Tomaštík (ČSOB EU Center)
- From start-up to corporation, Václav Muchna (Y Soft Corporation)
The event will be held on April 5th, 9:00 – 11:30 AM in the premises of the Y Soft Headquarters (Technická 13, 616 00 Brno). The participation in this discussion is benefitial for small and medium sized companies (member or non-member of AmCham), and also for university representatives or students.
