Since the beginning of 2013, Y Soft team in Dubai has grown in the sales and technical support area to provide professional local services and manage increasing business opportunities in the region.
The new office is located in the heart of Dubai Internet City. Dubai Internet City is an information technology park created by the government of Dubai as a free economic zone and a serves as a strategic base for companies targeting Middle East regional emerging markets. With all our core vendor Middle East partners having offices located in Dubai it allows us to have a physical sales and technical presence close to their operations and thus provide excellent business support.
Alan Kilminster, Y Soft regional Business Development Manager, states: “We are very excited about this strategic step to enhance our presence in the region. The extension of our new office and enlargement of our team allows us geographical coverage across 9 countries in the region. We are able to provide technical and marketing support to our partners, including vendor conferences, customer events and technical trainings. Now we are able to provide professional services from local resource and in local languages.“
Y Soft is unique in having a dedicated presence in the Middle East. No other printing solution provider have a local office and either provide support from offices outside the region or via local distributors. The presence of a dedicated office, providing local support is being received extremely well by all regional partners and will have a major impact on our business growth in the region.
