Y Soft's Ondřej Krajíček Elected to Chair AmCham IT Committee

The American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) in the Czech Republic serves as a non-profit, non-government organization working through its membership network to improve the business environment in the country. Y Soft's CTO, Ondřej Krajíček, has been elected chairman of the organization's IT committee for 2015/2016.

In announcing Ondřej’s newly elected position, AmCham has outlined Ondrej's vision which includes influencing legislation to encourage IT business in the Czech Republic, the concerns and issues around educating and hiring IT talent and contributing to and learning from the global IT community.
 
Y Soft encourages an active IT community within the Czech Republic and greater Eastern European region. Y Soft devotes resources to University Relations where the company  gives lectures, teaches and invites promising students to intern in our offices. Additionally, Y Soft is active in supporting entrepreneurship through Y Soft Ventures. Within Y Soft Ventures, Ondřej holds the role of Chief Research Officer, where he helps young startups with technological problems.

Through his work with AmCham since 2012 and now as Chairman of its IT committee, Ondřej continues to share his passion for technology by sharing his time, knowledge and talent.

CzechInvest and Y Soft meeting regarding further cooperation and investment
Y Soft would like to thank the team from CzechInvest for visiting Y Soft in Brno on Jan 13, 2015 and for sharing their short-term outlook of Czech government sponsored initiatives. This meeting was a follow-up to some previous related activities such as the meeting with the Czech Prime Minister and the mutual Y Soft / be3D company introduction that resulted in a significant investment.
