There are many similarities if we look at how 2D (paper) printers were adopted, networked and, subsequently managed with print management. Many of the same benefits of print management for 2D printers can apply to 3D printer. But there are many areas where 3D printing poses unique challenges. Can they be solved too? Hint: yes.
