Y Soft acquires EveryonePrint and welcomes our new family members

Today, we are pleased to announce that on June 30, 2022, we signed a definitive agreement to acquire EveryonePrint, a leading provider of Cloud-based document infrastructure. This acquisition reinforces Y Soft’s Cloud-first strategy and combines and extends our company’s routes to market. As we welcome our new colleagues into the Y Soft family, we look forward to working together to help our partners and customers digitally transform their print management environment and adopt a Cloud-first attitude to serve their increasingly hybrid workforces.

EveryonePrint, headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark, offers its customers a hybrid Cloud platform (commercially known as HCP). This platform is designed to replace existing print infrastructures.

Through this acquisition, we are strengthening our position for our customers and partners as the leading provider offering an integrated print management and document capture platform for Cloud and on-premises deployments. It also means we can unify and leverage our combined 40 years of experience dedicated to print management and workflows, in excess of 45,000 installations worldwide and global reach of more than 120 countries.

“We are excited to join the Y Soft family and with Y Soft’s additional resources and global reach, we can continue to bring new Cloud-based innovations to customers,” said Tavs Dalaa, CEO and Co-founder, EveryonePrint.
Tavs Dalaa will join Y Soft as CTO of Y Soft’s printing business.

“We are thrilled to be adding EveryonePrint’s technology to our roadmap as well as the amazing new talent to the Y Soft family,” said Václav Muchna, Y Soft CEO and co-founder. “We are now aligned on the same vision, so this makes the path to even more innovations an exciting journey. We welcome our new EveryonePrint team members as YSofters and are now united as one company focused on solutions that prove the road to digital transformation and Cloud printing is paved with benefits and opportunities.”

“Y Soft continues to strengthen its position in the print management market through innovation and acquisition,” says Robert Palmer, research VP for IDC’s Imaging, Printing, and Document Solutions group. “With its acquisition of EveryonePrint, Y Soft gains significant MIF, technology assets, and resources to bolster its Cloud strategy and drive expanded capabilities for customers and partners looking to enable a secure, productive, and effective Cloud print ecosystem for the hybrid office.”
