Introducing the SAFEQ Cloud Pro and SAFEQ Cloud Breeze portfolio.

Breeze is available now in Public Preview, and both offerings will be commercially available on 1 October, 2025.
The next-generation cloud print portfolio derives from a 2023 round-the-world trip by Y Soft's CEO, Vaclav Muchna. Over several months, Muchna met with partners and customers worldwide to pinpoint their biggest challenges and needs linked to office solutions and document handling. The conclusions from this worldwide travel resulted in a 2024 venture debt provided by the European Investment Bank (EIB) for the development and deployment of the company’s advanced cloud-based office solutions and automation tools.
Meet: The SAFEQ Cloud Portfolio
The company proudly launches the extended and evolved zero-trust, cloud-native platform (YSoft SAFEQ Cloud) a year after the EIB funding.
Originally focused on higher SMBs and large enterprises, Y Soft now expands its cloud portfolio to two tailored products that address the complexity of customers' environments. With a new product launch, SAFEQ Cloud Breeze, Y Soft extends its focus on small and midsize businesses. This new addition is built for customers with simplicity-driven in-house or outsourced IT teams in cloud-powered environments.
The new SAFEQ Cloud portfolio includes SAFEQ Cloud Breeze and SAFEQ Cloud Pro, the successor of the original enterprise-focused SAFEQ Cloud, designed for mission-critical applications.

Introducing: Breeze & Pro
As SAFEQ Cloud transitions into a SaaS product family, the original cloud print solution continues under the "SAFEQ Cloud Pro" name. The new name brings no changes to the prior offering except for increased uptime guarantee and proactive monitoring of hybrid components, with new enterprise-focused perks added later.
Pro is an ideal solution for national and multinational enterprises as well as smaller companies with complex (hybrid cloud/on-premise) network environments and requirements for dedicated data centers, high uptimes, and 24/7 support.
Breeze solves similar problems as Pro, including removing print servers, securing print and scan, and improving document workflows, but is designed for SMBs with simpler cloud-native environments.
