Regional Sales Manager, France

The Regional Sales Manager implements strategic sales goals and objectives of Y Soft within the French market. The manager acts as a main point of contact for assigned French partners and customers, building and sustaining strong relationships with partners and customers focusing on pre-sale, sale and post-sale support.
 

Responsibilities & tasks

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with assigned partners
  • Support existing and new partners in pre-sale, sale and post-sale activities
  • Initiate and lead partner meetings, introducing Y Soft solutions and products to partners and customers within the French market
  • Take responsibility for meeting sales targets in the given territory, creating business plans for given partners in that territory
  • Understand customers’ needs and propose technical solutions providing the required functionality
  • Has an awareness of the partners’ business targets, mainly in the field of MPS and print management solutions
  • Provide training for sales persons on the YSoft SafeQ software and hardware and on the optimal sales approaches to customers
  • Create and adapt sales and marketing materials in collaboration with marketing department specialists, actively support various marketing activities such as road-shows, customer events
  • Act as a contact person in specific partner related and technical questions as well as with general reporting and communication

Role requirements

  • Business and sales oriented individual with an IT background  
  • Excellent French and English language skills      
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a relevant position (ideally Channel sales position)
  • Technical skills and knowledge, able to understand technical aspects of Y Soft solutions products
  • Skills to build and sustain strong relationships                
  • Confidence in presenting and communicating to partners and customers      
  • Willingness to constantly improve knowledge and increase skills   
  • Ability to work well independently at a high level of quality and success           
  • Problem analysis and solving skills
