What's the security philosophy behind the development of SAFEQ Cloud?

Is SAFEQ Cloud ISO 27001:2022 and SOC 2 Type 2 certified?

Yes. SAFEQ Cloud holds ISO 27001:2022 certification and SOC 2 compliance (achieved June 2026), plus SD-PAC certification for Secure Development Practices. The development of this secure cloud service is also validated against OWASP and CCM/CAIQ standards.

SAFEQ Cloud includes multi-factor authentication, pull printing ("print roaming"), secure print release, role-based access management, controlled guest access, data encryption in transit and at rest, and audit logs.

Yes. SAFEQ Cloud integrates with Windows Protected Print Mode, allowing IT to retain Microsoft's driverless print pipeline while adding SAFEQ's authentication, security, and reporting layer.

Is data encrypted and logically separated with SAFEQ Cloud?
Yes. SAFEQ Cloud encrypts data in transit and at rest and enforces strict logical tenant separation. Each customer's data is isolated within the multi-tenant architecture, with no cross-tenant access.
What compliance evidence and audit trails does SAFEQ Cloud generate?

SAFEQ Cloud provides audit logs for every print, copy, and scan, a auto-generated Software Bill of Materials (SBOM), and independently audited ISO 27001:2022, SOC 2 Type 2, and SD-PAC certifications.
