Introducing YSoft SafeQ as a Subscription Service

Software-As-A-Service (SaaS), commonly known as a subscription service, is now fully available for YSoft SAFEQ. Much like consumers, who subscribe to online services today, enterprise companies have embraced SaaS as way of doing business. After thorough testing and piloting with customers and partners, we are making subscription pricing fully available to everyone.
For enterprise and SMB organizations, SaaS has many cost saving benefits including:
  • Lower initial investment costs. Instead of a large upfront cost, costs are spread over a monthly or quarterly basis
  • As a subscription is paid over time, the overall cost of a solution becomes an operating expense instead of a capital expense. For many companies, this makes the purchase process within their companies much faster
  • Companies can easily forecast the costs of adding additional devices to their subscription and only pay for the Y Soft solution on those devices within the billing period they are added
  • Professional services including ongoing support and software updates are part of the subscription service
The YSoft SAFEQ enterprise print management solution often times includes hardware – either as physical terminals attached to an MFD or card readers used for user authentication. Under a subscription service, customers can purchase physical terminals and purchase or rent card readers.

The Subscription Service is a new procurement option; traditional licenses are still available.
